Home Goals for Volunteers |
- To help carry out the mission and purpose of the WIT Home: to provide shelter, food, counseling, referrals and a supportive community for women in crisis.
- To offer Jesus as the foundation on which to build their lives and to exemplify the Christian life before them.
- To maintain a loving atmosphere that provides warmth, acceptance and interaction with the guests.
- To follow the established operational procedures, mindful that organization and schedules are important, but human needs always take precedence.
- To respect the dignity of the women whom we serve, providing a non-judgmental and supportive environment in which they can make their own plans.
- To keep a positive image of the ministry before the community, always observing confidentiality in community relations
